Terms of booking a photo session

• Booking a date and time for a private photo shoot is made with a 50% prepayment. The rest of the amount is paid before the shoot.
  

• The prepayment is non-refundable and is a guarantee of booking the date and time with the photographer and other specialists.
  

• After agreeing on the date and time of the photo shoot, you must make a prepayment within 12 hours from the time of recording. If payment is not made, the date and time becomes available to other clients.

• Rescheduling. If you cancel your photo shoot for any reason 5 days in advance, I can reschedule your shoot from the options I have offered to another day and time. The advance payment is not refundable and rescheduling is only possible once, no less than 5 days before the photo shoot date.

• All packages are intended for individual photo shoots, if a photo shoot is needed for more people, an additional fee of 500 CZK per adult is charged. There is no additional fee for children.

• It is advisable to arrive for the photo shoot 10-15 minutes in advance. If you are more than 30 minutes late, this is considered a no-show for the shoot and the service is considered to be fully completed.

• Photos for retouching are accepted within 7 days after the shoot, after which the conditions are considered fulfilled, the archive is deleted and the order is closed.

• You can order additional photos for retouching within 5 days from the moment the finished photos are sent for retouching. Then the archive is deleted.

• If you do not come to the photo session, the photographer’s obligations are considered fulfilled and you will no longer be able to sign up for a photo shoot with me.

• The photographer has every right to prematurely end the photo session without a refund if the client behaves rudely, does not clarify his wishes, makes unfounded claims.
